Submitting a Warranty Claim
Please contact your original place of purchase, local distributor or Pool Pro directly to submit your
warranty/service claim, or visit www.poolpro.com.au/serviceclaim. When making a warranty claim,
please note the following information MUST be provided or your claim may not be approved.
• Model Number
• Power Pack & Cell Serial Numbers
• Proof of Purchase showing Purchase Date and
Purchased From
We keep extensive production and sales records so this information will expedite the processing
of your claim. Pool Pro reserves the right to modify any model without notice.
Registering Your Product
Please register your product online at www.poolpro.com.au/product-registration within
30 days from date of purchase, or any warranty claim may be voided.
