86418-61 ETHER-100 Quad RJ-45 Module

The 86418-61 ETHER-100 Quad RJ-45 Module (Figure 31a) is equipped with
four RJ-45 connectors capable of providing a 10Base-T (10 Mb/s) or 100Base-
TX (100 Mb/s) interface in half or full duplex mode.
If used, this module must be installed into 86498-94 paddleboard‟s Bank A.
Note: Each RJ-45 port can be set to auto-negotiate the rate and duplex mode
with far-end devices, with the maximum allowed mode being user-configurable,
or the port can be forced to use a specific mode (auto-negotiation disabled).
Each port can also be set for MDI, MDIX or MDI/MDIX auto-detect mode.

86418-63 ETHER-100 Quad SFP Module

The 86418-63 ETHER-100 Quad SFP Module (Figure 31b) is equipped with four
SFP cages each capable of housing an SFP transceiver for 100 Mb/s full duplex
optical (100Base-FX) Ethernet connection.
