Advanced Tab

The Advanced tab (Figure 54) is used only in a situation where a local P-Trunk
port 65 is connected to an external switch or router trunk port (Figure 16 and
Figure 17) that cannot process tagged frames with the default VIDs used by
ETHER-1000 unit (4000 + D-PVLAN ID).

Any D-PVLAN VID can be changed from its default value (4000 + D-PVLAN ID
to an integer in the 1-4000 range. Any modified VIDs are displayed in bold.
