Recovering from a Multiple Hard Disk Drive Failure
MAP/100P RAID System Recovery - 4
To attempt to recover from multiple hard disk drives being listed as DED:

If this procedure fails, the system will have to be

Reboot the system.

Press ALT+R after the POST.

The system displays a diagram showing all of the drives and there status. Two or
more of the drives will be marked DED.
NOTE: NOTE:
If only one drive, or no drives, is marked DED, exit the utility by pressing ESCAPE.
The system should successfully boot.
CAUTION:
Do not complete Step 4 on the first hard disk drive to have failed.
