Install the G1/2" connector(11) to the pipe so it extends 10~18mm
beyond the finished wall. Apply tape or thread sealant to the

connector threads, apply a ring of plumbers putty or sealant around

the flange(12). Slide the flange over the shower arm(13). Install the
shower arm onto the connector(11). Tighten with strap wrench. Push
the flange against the wall. Remove any excess putty.

Flush both water supplies through the shower arm for one minute
before the showerhead is installed. Apply tape or sealant to the
exposed end of the shower arm. Tighten the showerhead(14) with a
strap wrench.
All Finishes: Clean the finish with mild soap and warm water. Wipe entire surface completely dry with
clean soft cloth. Many cleaners may contain chemicals, such as ammonia, chlorine, toilet cleaner etc.
which could adversely affect the finish and are not recommended for cleaning.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on Kohler showerheads and fittings.
