wipe away lightly with a clean
soft cloth damped by diluted
mild detergent solution and
then wipe off moisture with
a dry clean soft cloth.
Avoid strong physical
shock to the sensor or do
not drop it.

solvent such as Thinner.
It may cause failure.
Do not apply oil such as
grease to the sensor.
