A Word on Induc7on Cooking (for Induc7on hob only) Induc7on cooking is a safe, advanced and efficient cooking technology. It works by electromag- ne7c vibra7ons genera7ng heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly through hea7ng the glass surface.
