The App section contains text messages and visual voicemail.

Text message

All received text messages are displayed here.
Viewing a text message
1. Select the text message to view.
2. Press the Detail soft key.
Deleting a text message
1. Select the text message to delete.
2. Press the Delete soft key or the Delete All soft key to delete all messages.

Visual voicemail

The Visual Voicemail section displays voice messages in their respective folders, as stored on the FortiVoice unit.
Available folders are All, Urgent, New, and Old.

Used to enter and display the identification number of the FortiVoice Cloud
instance associated with your phone extension.
Used to enter and display your phone extension available on the FortiVoice Cloud
instance.
Used to enter the PIN and complete the registration of your phone with FortiVoice
Cloud.
Displays the status of your extension.
To access the visual voicemail, the phone requires that you enter the voicemail PIN for your
extension.
