4. Enter the voicemail PIN for your extension.

To edit a personal contact
1. Select the contact that you want to edit.
2. Press the More soft key.
3. Select Edit Contact.
4. Update the contact.
5. Press the OK soft key.
6. Enter the voicemail PIN for your extension.
7. Press the OK soft key.
To delete a personal contact
1. Select the contact that you want to delete.
2. Press the More soft key.
3. Select Delete.
4. Press the OK soft key.
5. To confirm, press the OK soft key again.
To delete all personal contacts
1. Press the More soft key.
2. Select Delete all.
3. Press the OK soft key.
4. To confirm, press the OK soft key again.
To search a personal contact
1. Press the More soft key.
The Search item is selected.
2. Press the OK soft key.
A search field appears at the top of the screen.
3. Enter part of a number or name to search for.
As you enter letters or numbers, the list filters your contacts.

Directory

The Directory section lists FortiVoice user entries such as extensions and groups.
To search for a contact
1. Press the Search soft key.
2. Enter part of a number or name to search for.
3. Press the OK soft key.
