Provisioning

Provisioning allows the phone to obtain a configuration file from the provisioning server. This setting allows for the
provisioning server to be manually configured.
To provision the phone
1. Go to Setting > Provisioning.
2. Enter the FortiVoice IP address or FQDN as the FortiVoice Server.
3. Enter the Server Port, if applicable.
4. Press the OK soft key.
5. Reboot the phone.

The Feature section contains the following user settings:

To configure the FortiVoice server, you require the administrator password. The default
password is 23646.
To edit Feature settings, the phone requires that you enter the voicemail PIN for your
extension.
Description
Enables automatic forwarding of calls to the configured destination number.
Enables or disables Do Not Disturb.
Enables or disables Call Waiting.
Selects the voicemail Greeting Mode:
Standard: The default system defined greeting.

Simple: The greeting that applies to any time.
l
Scheduled: The greeting that comes with a schedule. Configure the schedule

within the FortiVoice user portal.
Conditional: The greeting that applies when you are either busy or
l
unavailable.
Selects the voicemail Greeting File. These recordings are configured within the
FortiVoice user portal.
