History

Displays call information for the following types of calls:

Placed
Received
When in History, the phone allows for the following actions by using soft keys:
Soft key

More
Detail
Dial

Contact

Contacts are stored on the FortiVoice phone system and accessed by the phone within this section.

Personal

You can add, edit, delete, and search personal contacts.
To add a personal contact
1. Press the Add soft key.
2. Enter details about the contact.
3. Press the OK soft key.

Description
Displays all calls that have been missed, placed, or received by the phone.
Displays calls not answered by this phone.
Displays calls placed by this phone and answered by the caller.
Displays calls placed by this phone and unanswered by the caller.
Displays calls answered by this phone.
Description
Returns to previous menu section.
Allows user to delete selected entry or delete all entries.
Displays information about the call: Name, Number, Date, Duration.
Dial the selected entry in the History.
To add or edit a personal contact, the phone system requires that you enter your extension
voicemail PIN.
