Operation

Before First Use
1. Before use, clean the appliance according to the instructions set out in section
'Cleaning'.
2. Dry the appliance thoroughly.
Operation of the Appliance
1. Turn the control 'ON/OFF' knob to the 'OFF' position.
2. Plug the appliance into a suitable single socket.
3. Place appropriate cookware in the middle of the selected hob.
HINWEIS!
Do not use unstable cookware that can tip over easily.
Only use cookware with a flat bottom to ensure full contact with the hob
surface for maximum use of heat.

4. Turn the control 'ON/ON' knob to the 'OFF' position.

CAUTION!
The appliance and the hobs becomes hot during operation. They also
remain hot for a while after work.
Do not touch them with bare hands. To remove the cooking utensils from the
cooking zone, use protective gloves or a dish cloth.

5. Use the temperature knob to set the
temperature for the selected heating plate,
appropriate to the prepared product.
By turning the temperature knob clockwise, the
temperature can be smoothly adjusted between
the 'MIN' and 'MAX' positions.
The heating indicator lamp (orange) turns on and
goes out when the set temperature is reached.
When the temperature drops, the thermostat is
activated and the hob heats up again. The
heating control lamp then comes on again.
