TROUBLESHOOTING

Batteries: Over 60% of issues are discovered to be battery related.
• Be sure batteries are brand new popular name brand "AA" alkaline batteries.
• Refer back to "Warnings" Section on page 2.
Door Jamb Alignment:
• Make sure strike plate portion on the door frame are aligned so there is
minimal resistance on the door knob as it extends into the door.
Drive Bar Position:
• Drive bar is in the vertical orientation when front module was installed. Refer
to page 9.
• When installing Back Module, be sure the thumbturn is in the unlocked
positions. Please refer to page 11.
Keypad:
• Press all buttons on Keypad and confirm they work. Should all beep.
• If still some/all unresponsive, remove back module and inspect wire for any
pinches or cuts.
• Be sure wire isnt pinched between door and back module.
• Disconnect the wires and reconnect after several seconds.
