Avoid any date correction, or use of the correctors
2 and 3, between 20:00 and 03:00; this could
damage the mechanism.
Pull the crown out to position 3; the seconds hand
will stop. This action positions the day, date and 24H
time zone hands outside of the retrograde sectors.
Turn the crown either way so that the hands are
positioned at midday (the sun on the 24h indicator
must be fully visible).
Push the crown back into position 1.
Time-setting and stop seconds
Pull the crown out to position 3 when the small
seconds hand (situated at 6 o'clock) returns to 0.
This action positions the day, date and 24H time
zone hands outside of the retrograde sectors.
Turn the crown either way to the desired time
display.
As soon as the time is synchronised, push the crown
back into position 1.
This correction also affects the second time zone
time, the day and date after each change at midnight,
and takes effect when you push the crown back into
position 1.
If you have not been wearing your mechanical
watch, it needs to be wound manually through thirty
revolutions or so.
Quick time correction
Pull the crown out to position 2. This action
positions the day, date and 24H time zone hands
outside of the retrograde sectors.
Turn the crown either way to move the hour hand
forward or backward in successive one-hour steps,
without affecting the minute and seconds displays.
Please refer to the 24H indicator to adjust to the
desired time, in terms of a.m. or p.m.
