Configuration
Use the Configure menu to configure general unit settings.
Use the Menu screen on various chart screens to configure chart-
specific information.
Configuring System Settings
From the Home screen, touch

Simulator—turn Simulator Mode

Language—touch the on-screen language.
Beeper/Display—set beeper and display options.

Screenshot Capture—toggle the screenshot capture feature on
and off. With the screenshot capture on, touch and hold
on any screen to take a screenshot. The screenshot is saved to an
inserted SD card.

calibrate the touchscreen.
gpS—view GPS information and change GPS settings.

Skyview—view the GPS satellite constellation.

WaaS/egNoS—toggle WAAS (in North America) or
EGNOS (in Europe) on or off. WAAS/EGNOS can provide
more-accurate GPS position information, however, when using
WAAS/EGNOS, the device takes longer to acquire satellites.

Speed Filter—set the speed filter to on, off, or auto. The
speed filter averages the speed of your boat over a short period
of time for smoother speed values.
System information—view system information, restore factory
settings, view the event log, and save system information.
•
Factory Settings—erase all user settings and return the device
to factory default settings.
•
event Log—view a list of system events. Select an event to
view additional information.
