Adjust:
• Governor
a. Loosen the governor arm bolt "1".
b. Turn the governor arm "2" clockwise until it stops.
c. Turn the governor fork "3" clockwise until it stops.
d. Tighten the governor arm bolt "1".
Governor arm bolt:
8 N·m (0.8 kgf·m, 5.9 lb·ft)
