WIRE ROUTING DIAGRAM

TCI UNIT (MZ400)

1. High tension cord
2. Charging coil (equipped models)
3. Clamp
A. Make sure that the high tension cord is not pinched when installing the flywheel cover.
B. Make it to the TCI unit side so that the lead wire cover can be clamped.
C. Clamp should be done with cover.
D. Adjust the TCI unit air gap between 0.4–0.6 mm (0.0157–0.0236 in) on both sides.
E. Pass the lead through the hole in the crankcase.
F. The lead wire must be attached so that there is no slack, without biting.
