3.1. Apparatus
The FSK IIS+ apparatus are designed for outdoor
installations and used in 50/60Hz railway traction
power supply networks. They differ in particular
by their fast breaking times.
The vacuum circuit breaker and load break switch
types are equipped with a modern magnetically
actuated mechanism instead of the conventional
mechanical spring charged mechanism. The main
insulators and the orientation of the HV terminals
can be configured according to the customer
requirements.
