the voltage indicated on the device corresponds to the local mains
voltage. Check if you have placed the device in the stand properly. If you
use a socket in a bathroom cabinet, you may need to switch on the light
to activate the socket. If the light on the device still does not light up or if
the device still does not charge, contact the Philips Consumer Care
Center in your country.
