6.3 ADJUSTMENT OF THE POWER SUPPLY UNIT
A. Adjustment of the power supply unit(using a scredriver for general-purpose adjustments)
1. Adjustment of the Vs voltage
(1) Enter a color bar input by means of either video signal of Video Input, or composite signal input, or RGB signal input, and turn on the
power switch.
(2) Turn the volume control(*VR151) in the power supply unit and make adjustements until the voltages of *TP(Vs) and *TP(GND) of the
power supply unit attain the voltage values specified for the PDP(Vs value of the voltage regulation indicator label on below the figure)
plus minus 1V.
2. Adjustment of the Vd voltage
(1) Enter a color bar input by means of either video signal of Video Input, or composite signal input, or RGB signal input, and turn on the
power switch.
(2) Turn the volume control(*VR161) in the power supply unit and make adjustements until the voltages of *TP(Vd) and *TP(GND) of the
power supply unit attain the voltage values specified for the PDP(Vd value of the voltage regulation indicator label on below the figure)
plus minus 1V.
3. Adjustment of the +5V voltage
(1) Display a color bar by means of either video signal of Video Input, or composite signal input, or RGB signal
(2) Confirm that the voltages of *TP(VCC) and *TP(GND) of the power supply supply unit are maintained at "5.15 plus minus 0.1V".
Otherwise, turn the volume control (*VR121) until the voltage attains "5.15 plus minus 0.1V".

B. Adjustment of the High voltage PKG.
(1) Adjust each voltage of Vsw1 and Vsw2 and Vbw and Vp in the High voltage PKG board when exchanged High voltage PKG.
(2) When PKG other than above-mentioned (1) are exchanged, the adjustment is unnecessary.
(Caution)
Confirm the adjustment voltage value with the adjustment voltage label.
C. Adjusting conditions
Adjustments should be carried out in the procedures (1) to (3) specified below. However, any adjustments other than the items
(1) to (3) below are not required.
(1) When the "PDP module" is replaced, adjustments should conform to the adjusting item of {A and B} specified above.
(2) When the "Power Unit" is replaced, adjustments should conform to the adjusting item of {A} specified above.
(3) When the "High Voltage PKG" is replaced, adjustments should conform to the adjusting item of {B} specified above.
D. M/B Assy (DVI) : 21PH3MB0059
