4. When the food is still warm, place it
under the infrared lamps in the cut-out
of the bottom frame for GN basins /
GN trays.
5. Switch the appliance on with the
ON/OFF key.
The food is kept warm from the top during
the required time by infrared lamps.
CAUTION!
Only with the right distance is it possible to maintain ideal serving
temperature of hot dishes, without deteriorating their quality through
overcooking.
6. Pay attention to the clearance between the infrared lamps and food.

The clearance should be approx. 30 cm.
7. When needed, adjust the clearance with the height adjustment screw.
8. Carefully remove GN containers with warm food and serve.
9. When the appliance is not to be used any more, it should be switched off with
the ON/OFF switch.
10. Disconnect the appliance from power supply (pull the plug out).
