Transporting (Fig. O, Z)
The detachable parts can be stored in the water basin for easy transportation.
1. Drain the water basin. See Maintenance.
2. Remove the edge guide and the extension table.
3. Lock the cutting cart in position.
4. Remove the water collectors.
5. Lift the machine out of the water basin as shown.
6. Place the collectors into the water basin in the orientation as shown.
7. Turn the water basin upside down.
8. The edge guide and the extension table can be placed in the water basin before nested.
9. Lift and hold the machine at the carrying points

WARNING: When carrying the machine, always seek assistance. The machine is
too heavy for one person to handle. Always lock the cutting cart before moving or
transporting saw.

MAINTENANCE

Your power tool has been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum
of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper tool care and
regular cleaning.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, turn tool off and
disconnect tool from power source before making any adjustments or removing/
installing attachments or accessories. An accidental start‑up can cause injury.

WARNING: To assure product SAFETY and RELIABILITY, repairs, maintenance and
adjustment should be performed by a D
authorized service centre. Always use identical replacement parts.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced only by D
service organisation.
Draining the Water Basin (Fig. ###)
The water basin must be drained after each use.
1. Place a suitable container under the drain plug
2. Remove the drain plug.
3. Allow ample time for the liquid to drain.
4. After the liquid has been drained, re-install the drain plug.
5. Dispose of the liquid with due care for the environment.

Lubrication
Your power tool requires no additional lubrication.

Cleaning

WARNING: Blow dirt and dust out of the main housing with dry air as often as dirt is seen
collecting in and around the air vents. Wear approved eye protection and approved dust
mask when performing this procedure.

WARNING: Never use solvents or other harsh chemicals for cleaning the non‑metallic
parts of the tool. These chemicals may weaken the materials used in these parts. Use a
cloth dampened only with water and mild soap. Never let any liquid get inside the tool;
never immerse any part of the tool into a liquid.
Before use, carefully check the cutting disk cover to determine that it will operate properly.
Ensure that mud, or work-piece particles cannot lead to blockage of one of the functions.
In case of workpiece fragments jammed between cutting disc and guard disconnect the
machine from the power supply and follow the instructions given in section Mounting the
cutting disc. Remove the jammed parts and reassembling the cutting disc.
Keep the ventilation slots clear and regularly clean the housing with a soft cloth.
The following cleaning operations must be performed every day.
1. Insert the water pump into a bucket of clean water and pump the water through the
hose system.
2. Wipe the rails and support arm with a grout sponge or a rag.
3. Spray the water basin and the sliding table with clear water. Wipe any dust residue away
with a grout sponge.

Storage
Store the equipment and accessories out of children's reach in a dark and dry place at above
freezing temperature. The ideal storage temperature is between 5 °C and 30 °C.
