    © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 MEASURING AND CUTTING EMT POLES Note: Corner brackets add about 3” to the depth, height and width of your enclosure, thus poles are cut 3” shorter than the enclosure dimension as shown below. The charts on Page 9 and Page 10 detail the connector parts shipped with these upgrades. Also be sure to review the respective setup guide for these upgrades.

  • Page 11 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 1 - Build the frame If hitting bay is closer than 6” to ceiling see APPENDIX B - BUILDING THE FRAME (For Low Ceilings). Two persons recommended and use of a stepladder. Position eye bolts inward. Verify correct width and depth when tightening connectors (may need to back poles slightly out of connectors to reach correct dimension).
  • Page 12 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 2 - Position Screen Pole Now slide the Screen Pole forward until it sits approximately 4 feet from the front pole leaving about 12” of space between the rear of the enclosure and the impact screen. Tighten the T-Connectors.

  • Page 14 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 4 - Install BlackOut™ Pole Sleeves In the rare case that the BlackOut Wrapper Kit does not ship with the rest of the bay continue with the rest of the installation. You have the option of using your system until the BlackOut™ kit arrives.

    © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 INSTALL NETTING Step 5 - Place netting over enclosure Layout netting locating the TOP REAR CORNERS With your assistant walk the netting to the rear of the enclosure Using step ladders pull the netting over the outside of the enclosure, covering the back top and sides of the enclosure.
  • Page 16 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 6 - Tighten Netting Pull the top and sides of your netting as tightly as possible. Tight netting will stop stray golf balls with minimal flexing. Step 7 - Handling excess netting Any extra netting along the bottom can be “bundled”along the bottom and tied in place with cable ties along the bottom frame.
  • Page 17 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 8 - Install baffle net Hang the baffle net from the Screen pole, which should be located about 12” from the back of the enclosure. Connect the sides of the baffle net to the outside netting with cable ties in several places along each side.

  • Page 20 DO NOT USE BLEACH OR PLACE SCREEN IN DRYER IDENTIFY THE FRONT SIDE of your screen: The AllSportSystems logo will be sewn into the bottom left face of your screen.The smooth face of the grommets will always be on the front side of your screen.
  • Page 21 Step 10 - Hang Screen The Screen Pole should be approximately 12 inches from the back of the enclosure. Screen Front: Be sure to hang the screen with the AllSportSystems logo or smooth side of grommets facing toward the front of the enclosure.

Loosely thread cable ties through the side grommets and around both of the SideRite™ cables. Tip: Do not tighten the zip ties until they have been installed on both sides of the screen.
  • Page 23 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 12 - Install ShotDefender™ cabling Note: ShotDender™ will hang below SkyRailPLUS™ if added as an option. The ShotDefender™ hangs on a tension cable about 6 inches in front of the screen. Any shots hit toward the screen pole will be caught by the ShotDefender™, eliminating the risk of a ricochet.

    © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 BLACKOUT™ PANEL INSTALLATION Step 13 - Install BlackOut Panels You will receive six (6) panels for dressing out your SuperBay™. Customers with the SkyRailPLUS will have a notched Center Panel. Install panels in the number order shown.

    © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 APPENDIX A - SideRite™ and ShotDefender™ Cable Assembly When installing the SideRite™ Screen Tension Kit and/or the ShotDefender™ Safety Valance the cabling must first be assembled. SideRite™ Tension Kit: Requires two cables; two turnbuckles and 8 wire clips.

    © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 APPENDIX B - BUILDING THE FRAME (For Low Ceilings) NOTE: This method is recommended for situations where the enclosure height is very close to your ceiling height. For safety reasons, we recommend two persons for assembly. Refer to this diagram to identify connectors and poles needed for the step by step instructions on the following pages.
  • Page 31 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 1 - Top Rear Width Pole For SuperBay™ greater than 10 feet wide, add Couplers to extend each of the four Width poles. Position a Width pole on the ground near your back wall. This will become your top rear width pole.
  • Page 32 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 2 - Two Rear Height Poles Leaving the pole on the ground, connect two Height poles to the 3-Way Corners. Add two more 3-Way Corners to the other end of the Height Poles, but do not fully tighten these.
  • Page 33 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 3 - Stand Rear Height Poles Tip: Leaving the bottom 3-Way Corners loose will allow you to spin them when tilting the rear structure into place. Once it is in place you can then spin them into their proper orientation so as to install the bottom Width Pole.

Verify Dimensions: Use a tape measure to verify correct width dimension and then tighten connectors. You may need to back the poles slightly out of the connectors to reach the correct dimension.

  • Page 37 © AllSportSystems, Inc. 2021 Step 7 - Add Front Height Poles With the front height poles - place 3-Way corners on one end and L Corners on the other end and connect the Height poles to the structure as shown with the three-way on top and L Corners on the bottom.
