Air Box Removal - Polaris 850 PRO-RMK 155 2020 Manual

AIR BOX REMOVAL

1. Remove the side panels and hood.
2. Remove the drive belt and driven clutch assembly.
See Driven Clutch Removal page
3. Remove the oil tank. See Oil Tank Removal page
4. Remove the clutch guard from the vehicle.
5. Remove the air intake tube. See Air Intake Tube
Removal page 3.145.
6. Remove the air intake plenum / ECU from the vehicle.
See Air Intake Plenum Removal page 3.143.

7. Remove the fasteners and nut
PTO side cross brace. Remove the PTO side cross
brace.
NOTICE
The PTO side chassis cross brace can either be
removed completely or by removing the back bolt and
swinging the tube forward. This makes the air box
removal much easier.

8. Remove the fasteners and ignition coils from the
air box assembly.

9. Cut the cable tie
