HLV Series Overview The HLV Series is a paddle type level switch which detects the level inside the tank and is used in the process of alerting the user according to their use and measurement. This detector has strong structure, good reliability, and long life benefits. It is mainly used in Hopper and is used to measure molecules such as Powder, Grains, and Lumps. -

HLV Series - The paddle shall be installed to avoid the inlet side of the measuring instrument, and the protector Precautions shall be installed to prevent damage to the paddle. - For side mounting installations, the entrance to the electric wire shall be installed facing the ground Installation to maintain the waterproof function. -

HLV Series Maintenance The life span of key parts depends on user’s environment and can be used optimally through periodic check. Therefore, regular inspection ensures optimal performance of product, so take regular inspection and maintenance at least every year. In addition, check for the exterior of the product like visual damage and remove the product to make sure that it rotates properly when the paddle is rotated by hand. -
