  • Page 2 Accessoires Bedankt voor de aankoop van de Brew Monk Titan. Controleer aan de hand van de afbeelding en de tabel hierboven of jouw Brew Monk compleet is. Neem contact op met je verdeler als er onderdelen ontbreken. Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door en neem de volgende informatie in acht om schade te voorkomen.
  • Page 3 • Het apparaat moet vóór gebruik op een stabiele, veilige en horizontale ondergrond worden geplaatst. • Een volle ketel bevat kokendhete vloeistof en kan tot 70 kg (Brew Monk van 70 liter) wegen. De horizontale positionering is vereist voor het verpompen tijdens het brouwproces. Vermijd een onstabiel oppervlak.

  • Page 7 Gebruiksaanwijzing Brew Monk Titan - NL 2.5.1 Instelling van de manuele modus 1. Schakel de stroomschakelaar in en druk op de MANUAL-knop. 2. TEMP is bedoeld voor de temperatuurinstelling, POWER voor de instelling van het vermogen en TIMER voor de tijdsduur van de verschillende stappen. Deze 3 waarden moeten worden ingesteld voor je de machine start.
  • Page 8 Pas wanneer je op de AUTO-knop drukt, gaat het programma verder met de kookstap. Dit is de spoelherinnering. Met de PAUSE-knop kan je de Brew Monk en de timer tijdelijk onderbreken om de gegevens te wijzigen, druk daarna op AUTO om door te gaan.
  • Page 9 Gebruiksaanwijzing Brew Monk Titan - NL 2.5.2.3 Invoer/wijziging geheugenfunctie voor automatische modus Wanneer je op de BLANK PAGE bent, druk je 5 seconden lang tegelijkertijd op de knoppen POWER en TIMER. De display geeft vervolgens de receptselectie weer. Druk op ‘-’ of ‘+’ om het gewenste recept te kiezen (R0S1, R1S1, ...).

De droge ingrediënten kunnen aan het metaal kleven en in de pomp vast blijven zitten. • Spoel de machine met 5-10 liter water van 60 °C gedurende 15 minuten of langer totdat deze schoon is.

    • Avant utilisation, placez l'appareil sur une structure horizontale stable et sécurisée. • Une cuve pleine contient des liquides brûlants et peut peser jusqu'à 70 kg (Brew Monk 70 litres). Une position horizontale constitue une condition préalable au pompage de transfert durant le processus de brassage.

  • Page 17 Mode d’emploi Brew Monk Titan - FR 2.5.1 Réglage du mode manuel 1. Allumez l'appareil à l'aide de l'interrupteur et appuyez ensuite sur MANUAL. 2. La touche TEMP sert à régler la température, la touche POWER, la puissance électrique et la touche TIMER, la minuterie. Ces 3 réglages doivent être effectués avant l'allumage de l'appareil.

    • The device must be positioned on a stable, secure and horizontal support structure prior to use. • A full vessel contains boiling hot liquids and can weigh up to 70 kg (70 litres Brew Monk). A horizontal positioning is a prerequisite for transfer pumping during the brewing process. Avoid an unsteady surface.

Reinigen Sie das Malzrohr (8), die Filterscheiben (7) und das Überlaufrohr (6) sowie den Bazooka-Filter (12). Zum Spülen der Maschine können Sie den manuellen Modus verwenden (siehe 2.5.1).

TEMP ist für Temperatureinstellung, POWER ist für die Watt-Einstellung, TIMER ist für die Zeiteinstellung. Diese 3 Funktionen müssen eingestellt werden, bevor die Maschine gestartet werden kann.
