Servicing schedule

Servicing tasks

Clean the machine
Visual check for completeness.
Visual check for damage.
Clean air filter, change if necessary.
Check oil level, top up if necessary.
 Engine.
 Hammer mechanism.
Check fuel lines and connections for cracks
and leaks, change if necessary.
Check screw joints on the rammer base and
retighten if necessary.
Clean the engine cooling fins.
Oil change**

Clean starter.
Check central suspension for wear and
damage.
Check valve play, reset if necessary.*
Clean oil filter, change if necessary.**
Clean fuel filter, change if necessary.

2. Stop the machine.
3. Allow the machine to cool.
