USAGE

• Temperature Control Knob: Adjust the dial thermostat to
the desired temperature. See recipe instructions for proper
temperature selection.
• Red Light: Indicates that the deep fryer is heating .The light
will turn to green after the set temperature is reached.
• You need to preheat the oil in a deep fryer for 10-15
minutes before the first batch of food is cooked.
• Open the lid.
• Basket Handle: Lift up to raise basket.
• Viewing Window: Allows you to see cooking food.
• Power Cord
• Removable Cooking Pot
• Remove any stickers from the surface of the appliance.
• Open the lid and lift the basket out of the fryer.
• Remove all printed documents and any other documents
from the basket.
• Clean the frying basket and cooking pot with hot water, a
small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive
sponge or cleaning bad.
• Always keep the bottom of the cooking pot, the heating
plate clean so that they do not accumulate foreign
substances. Otherwise it will lower the heating efficiency
and shorten the life of the fryer.
• Do not operate this appliance without the cooking pot in
place or the cooking pot has not oil.
• Dry the unit thoroughly before using.
• Select a location the appliance .The location should be on
a flat counter where the plug will reach an outlet.
