Usage
USAGE
• Remove frying basket and set aside.
• Using only a good quality peanut oil, vegetable oil, pure
corn oil, sunflower oil, canola oil or light olive oil for
deep-frying, fill the pot to point between the MIN marking
and the MAX marking.
• Do not fill past the MAX marking.
• Wipe the inside of the viewing window with a little oil to
prevent condensation.
• Close the lid lightly.
• Plug the Power Cord into outlet. Adjust the Temperature
Control Knob to the desired temperature. The red light will
turn on. (Check the cooking guide end of the manual for
proper temperature selection)
• When the desired temperature is reached, the red light
change to green color.
• Place food as dry as possible into the basket, do not overfill
the basket.
ATTENTION!
Do not add water or wet food into hot oil. Water will cause
oil to splatter.
