The mains supply shall be connected so that the protective earth wire is the
last wire to take the strain and break free in the event of the cord being
pulled.
The product has an M8 earth stud located on the bottom of the enclosure on
the right-hand side. To ensure continued safety and EMC compliance, this
must be connected to earth ground in accordance with local wiring
regulations and using at least 6 mm

9.2

Battery

The product uses a non-rechargeable lithium coin cell battery (Panasonic CR2450 3 V
620 mAh) as shown in Figure 9-5. When the battery needs to be replaced, data from the
product must be backed up. Failure to do so may result in historical data loss.

The following steps describe how to change the battery:
1.
Back up the product data – contact your GE representative.
2.
Open the inner door to locate the battery on the system board (see Figure 9-5).
3.
Slide the battery out of its housing.
4.
Replace with a new Panasonic CR2450 3 V 620 mAh coin cell.
