Only use original Eisenblätter accessories.
Use only accessories that fulfil the requirements and
specifications listed in these operating instructions.

9. Initial operation

Adjustable additional handle (A2-1):
See page 2, figures B1, B2 and B3:
The additional handle can be remounted for working in
confined spaces to allow more freedom of movement
when operating the machine:
a) To do this, loosen the star grip screw (A1-1) – see
Figure B1.
b) Turn the handle from the normal position (Figure B2)
to the position for working in narrow spaces
(Figure B3).
c) Tighten the star grip screw again.
Before commissioning, check that the rated mains
voltage and mains frequency, as stated on the
type plate match your power supply.
Always install an RCD with a maximum trip current
of 30 mA upstream.
Setting speed:
See page 3, figure F.
The speed can be preset via the thumb-wheel (A2-10)
and is infinitely variable.
(Small number= small belt speed/speed;
high number = high belt speed/speed)

The VTC electronics make material-compatible work
possible and an almost constant speed, even under load.
The best way to determine the ideal speed setting is by
performing a test.
Particulate matter protection cap
Always fit the particulate matter protection cap
(A2-6) if the surroundings are heavily polluted.
Attachment: See page 3, figures G1 and G2.
Attach the particulate matter protection cap as shown
by pushing it over the cable on the back of the machine
and pressing it into place.
To remove: See page 3, figure G3.
Remove the particulate matter protection cap as shown.
It can be removed from the back of the machine with
light pressure.
