Hi I have a Ax350i and I cannot get it to print continuously. When I tap on the drop down menu it says jet is on, but not printing. It is not in jet running it is in sequence on and the encoder seems fine what can I do to make it print? I **** able to make it print one time by pressing test print but that is it.

To resolve continuous printing issues with the Domino Ax350i when the jet is on but no print occurs, check the following:

- Clean the print head if it is dirty or unplugged.
- Inspect for ink on the Charge Electrode.
- Check if charge detection has failed.
- Verify if fall back jet modulation is in use.
- Confirm whether the Deflection EHT has tripped.
- Examine the sensor for faults and correct positioning.
- Ensure the encoder is functioning and outputting signals.
- Verify the sensor’s active level setting is correct.
- Adjust print delay and offset settings if needed.
- If printing was disabled from the Home screen, press the Enable/Disable (Send to Print) button to re-enable printing.
