SET-UP

CH GUARD SETTING/CANCELLING

1. Press CH /

buttons or number buttons to select the channel you wish to guard or cancel the guard.

2. Press MENU button and move the cursor to "SET UP" option; press VOL + button then the

"SET UP" menu is displayed.

3. Press "0" twice then "CH GUARD" menu is displayed.

4. Press 1 or 2 to set or cancel a channel. SET/CANCEL menu is displayed.

5. Press a number (1 to 4) to select or cancel the current channel you are viewing.

(The selected channel will change

from cyan to magenta color)

NOTES

If you wish to set/cancel another channel, repeat procedure.

Auto channel programming does not select guarded channels.

SELECT THE GUARDED CHANNEL

1. Press number buttons to select a guarded channel.

2. Enter I.D. NUMBER then "_" will change to "?". If the I.D. NUMBER is right, the desired channel

will be received.

ENTER ID NO _ _ _

If I.D. NUMBER is wrong, "INVALID ID NUMBER" will display and the desired channel cannot be selected.
