To access the W ireless Cable Modem G ateway' s web-based management screens, follow the
steps below:
1. L aunch your web-browser.
N OT E : Y our computer does not have to be O NL INE to configure the W ireless Cable
Modem G ateway. Depending on your cable operator, the default IP address of the
gateway is either 10.1.10.1 or 192.16 8 .0.1.
2. In the Address B ar, type: http: / / 10.1.10.1
N OT E : F or some browsers, it may be necessary to include: 8 0 after the management IP
address. F or ex ample:
3. W hen the G ateway' s L ogin screen appears, enter the default username and password,
and click the [ L ogin] button to access the W ireless Cable Modem G ateway.
P lease contact your cable operator for login and password information.
N OT E : U sernames and P asswords are case sensitive
4. O nce you have logged into the G ateway' s web-based admin screen, you have several
options and features which can be configured.
