The shuttle ball in the spool must be free to
move.

Install the shuttle spool into the multi---func-
tion block (Fig 48).

Install the hex head plug into the multi---
function block (Fig. 49) and torque to 27 ft.
lbs. (37 Nm).

If the internal hex head plug was removed
from the opposite end of the shuttle spool
bore, install it and torque it to 15 ft. lbs (20
Nm).

PCOR Brake Pressure Defeat Spool
(1)
Remove the PCOR defeat spool bore plugs
or fittings with a hex wrench (Fig.50).

Remove the PCOR defeat spool stop plugs
with a 7/16" hex wrench. Remove the defeat
spool (Fig. 51).

Inspect the defeat spool for burrs or rough-
ness. The spool must slide freely in its bore.
Inspect the pins in the stop plugs for dam-
age. Replace damaged components.
