Cleaning the ash chamber
3. Pull out the ash pan. Empty the ash into a suitable
container.

4. Please note
Risk of fire due to hot ashes! In unsuitable
vacuum cleaners, hot ashes can ignite filters
and plastic materials.
1. Use an ash vacuum cleaner that is spe-
cially designed for this purpose.
2. Never use domestic vacuum cleaners
made of plastic with fabric/paper filters.
Clean the entire ash chamber with a hand brush or
an ash vacuum cleaner (optional).

1. Release lock
C of the cleaning cover. Initially open
cleaning cover A up to the lock.
2. Turn the mushroom handle to unlock the cleaning
cover and fully open it.
Boiler size
Vitoligno 250-S with 40, 50, 60, 75, 100 and 170 kW
Vitoligno 250-S with 85 and 120 kW
Repeat steps 4 to 6 below until the tubular heat
exchanger is clean:

5. Refit the ash pan. Close the ash chamber door.
