(6) If you want to start Print Head cleaning, click C C leaning on the P P attern Check
screen. Otherwise, click E E xit to finish.

With the printer on, load a sheet of Letter-sized plain paper in the printer.

Open the B B J Printer Utility dialog box.
(1) Double-click the hard disk icon where the printer driver was installed, the
Applications folder, and then the U U tilities folder.
(2) Double-click the P P rinter Setup Utility icon.
If you are using the OS other than Mac OS X v.10.3, double-click the P P rint Center
icon.
(3) Select i i P1500 from the N N ame list and click U U tility or C C onfigure.
(4) Select i i P1500 from the P P roduct list and click M M aintenance.

Print the Nozzle Check Pattern.

Click the I I nitial Check Items button. Confirmation message for
printing the nozzle check pattern is displayed.

(2) Click N N ozzle Check.
