ASSEMBLY AND USE

BEFORE OPERATION
- Before connecting the charger to the battery, the instructions in the operating instructions must be
followed
- When charging the batteries installed in the vehicle, follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
- Clean the battery terminals. Be careful not to get dirt in your eyes.
- Ensure sufficient ventilation of the room during the charging process.
- Fill distilled water into each battery cell. Top up with distilled water until the electrolyte in the
battery reaches the level specified by the manufacturer. Do not overfill. For batteries without
removable cell covers, follow the manufacturer's charging instructions carefully.
CONNECTING THE CHARGER TO THE BATTERY
- To prevent sparks that could cause an explosion, make sure that the charger is not connected to a
power source.
1) Connect the connection terminal (red) (+) to the positive terminal of the battery (+ or P).
2) Connect the connection terminal (black) (-) to the negative terminal of the battery (- or N).
Note: When connecting the charger to a built-in battery in the vehicle, connect the connection
terminal (black) (-) to the vehicle chassis (- or N) at a sufficient distance from the battery, fuel line and
hot or moving parts.
Warning: Make sure that the connection terminals are firmly seated. After connecting, turn them
slightly to remove dirt or oxidation.
CHARGING
- Make sure the battery voltage is 6 or 12V. Under no circumstances charge batteries with a different
voltage value.
- Connect the charger to a power source.
Warning: The charger has reverse polarity protection. In case of connection with opposite polarity or
short circuit on the terminals, "Err" will light up on the LCD display.
- The charger is equipped with an automatic memory function, which means that when connected to
a power source, it automatically starts in the last used mode.
- Use the mode select button to select the appropriate charging mode.
- When charging is complete, disconnect the charger from the power source. Disconnect the
connection terminal from the negative terminal first and then from the positive terminal of the
battery.

- The charger is equipped with the following safety features :
• Short circuit protection
• Overload protection
• Reverse polarity protection
• Overcharge protection
• Overheat protection

CHARGING TIME

- A partially charged battery will charge faster than a fully discharged battery. The approximate
