The base station or handset does
not ring
The ringer volume may be set too low
or, at the base station, switched off.
To adjust the ringer volume at the base
station, see the user guide for that base
station.
Handset beeps
Are the handset batteries low? You will
hear a beep periodically.
If a base station name is flashing, you
will hear four short beeps when you
press the
button. Check you
PHONE
are still in range of the base station.
Buzzing noise on my radio, TV,
answering machine or computer
Diverse is too close, causing
interference. Move it at least 1
metre away.
The radio signals from the handset to base
station can cause unpleasant
interference for people with hearing aids.
