Page 2 STEP 1 Unpackage & Count Parts/Assemblies Standard Parts Shipped with Equipment: Press Wheel Set Cover Disk w/ Dirt Shield Set...
Page 3 STEP 2 Press Wheels See Operating Manuel for adjustments. otter Remove cotter pin from hole on press wheel and slide through bracket as illustrated. Fasten in place again with cotter pin.
Page 4 STEP 3 Rear Cover Disks See Operating Manuel for adjustments. Install disk arm assembly as shown by mounting in the bracket and fastening in place with pre- installed bolt and nut.
Page 5: Tractor Hook-Up
STEP 4 Tractor Hook-Up The Model 2370 has Category I and II lift pins(A) on a 3-point hitch. Hook up 3-point top link to top of A-frame(B) and adjust top link to level machine.
Page 6 STEP 5 Installing Drip Tape Roll See Operating Manuel for Adjustment Drip Tape Guides / Rollers Drip Tape: Remove plate with locking clamp(A) Slide drip roll onto rod, press plate(A) tight against roll and tighten tee-handle on clamp. Feed drip tape through swing arm guide and stationary guide(B) (See sketch) then into down pipe(C).
Page 7 STEP 6 Installing Plastic Rolls See Operating Manuel For Adjustment Adjust roll holders(A) to your plastic roll widths (see Operating Manuel) and lay plastic rolls on top of rollers(B). Pull plastic end down between the two rollers and underneath the bottom roller(C).
