Turn the e-bike ON or OFF • When you turn ON your e-bike, pedal assistance will be OFF. • Always turn OFF the e-bike after riding or when parking your e-bike. • If the e-bike is not used and no buttons are pressed, the e-bike will automatically turn OFF after six minutes to save power.

Pedal assistance You’ve got places to be and people to see, so get going. • Pedal assistance will be OFF when you turn ON your e-bike. You need to select an assist level to get that extra boost. 1. Press to turn ON the e-bike.

Use walk assistance Walk assistance provides a little push for those times when you are walking or pushing your bike. Note: In some regions and on some bikes (bikes with drop bars), walk assistance may not be available. Ask your local e-bike retailer if this feature is available on your bike. Only use walk assistance when you are walking your bike.

Transport your e-bike safely • The Hyena drive system adds weight to the bicycle. Overloading a vehicle-mounted bicycle rack can result in serious injury or death. Refer to your vehicle rack manual to be sure it is compatible with your e-bike.
