This page allows creating new contact.
Add a contact by using as desired:
a SIP address (SIP is a protocol of connection between the codecs)

Meaning
Name that will be displayed in the contact list.
If YES:
Connection via SIP Server provides the
most automated and comfortable way
to establish a connection between
codecs.
The SIP address of the IP codec instance, one per registration.
The address is:
sip_account_name @ sip_server_domain : sip_server_port
By Default: SIP Server Port = 5060
The address is:
remote_party_IP_address : remote_party_audio_listening_port
