10. Toner Bottle and Hopper Unit Yields

A toner bottle holds approximately 5 lb (2.3 kg) of toner, and will yield
approximately 69,000 impressions at 6% coverage on LTR size paper.
The hopper unit holds approximately 4.2 lb (1.89 kg), and will yield approximately
47,000 impressions.

11. Waste Toner Yields

The imagePRESS 1110+ uses an interchangeable waste toner bottle, which
collects the waste toner during the printing process. The waste toner bottle holds
approximately 250 grams of waste toner.
The operator should replace the waste toner bottle, or have a service technician
empty it when the message indicating that the waste toner bottle is full is displayed
(at approximately one million prints).
The waste toner bottle may be replaced while the machine is running, since
collected waste toner can be accumulated temporarily in the waste toner buffer (up
to approximately one million sheets of LTR paper). When the waste toner buffer
becomes full, the imagePRESS 1110+ stops.
A service technician should empty the full waste toner bottle, and dispose of the
toner waste only in a manner that is applicable to the laws in the geographical area
where the machine is located. The emptied bottle should then be returned to the
customer prior to the next waste toner is full alert.
Upon replacement of the waste toner bottle, any accumulated toner in the waste
toner buffer empties into the new waste toner bottle.
