Built in regulator for run-on time in start-stop operation (item 3)
If a start-stop sensor (optional) has been connected, the extraction
system run-on time can be adjusted to between 5 and 60 seconds after
completion of the welding process.
Maintenance socket (item 4)
Connection facility for our service department. Our service department
can carry out adjustments to the product using this interface.
Pressure measurement opening (item 5)
Connection facility for our service department. Our service department
can take pressure measurements using this connection.
NOTE
Signal horn (item 6)
Reliable capture of welding fumes is only possible with sufficient
extraction capacity. With increasing dust load to the filter elements, the
flow resistance increases and the extraction capacity decreases.
As soon as it drops below a minimum value, the signal horn will sound.
A filter change is now required.
The same happens if the damper flap in the extraction hood is closed
too far and the extraction capacity is reduced too much.
This situation can be remedied by opening the damper flap.
Connection socket for start-stop sensor (item 7)
A start/stop sensor can optionally be connected here. Its use means that
the extraction system will only operate during the pure welding time
(arcing time) plus the set run-on time. The start/stop sensor is
automatically detected by the product.
Pressure switch (item 8)
To be used by service personnel only.
