3.2.3 Serial Communications Settings
Due to the lack of a front panel on the TLTR3100 series of converters it is possible to change their address,
baudrate and whether they use RS232 or RS485 communications via a serial message. The TLTR3100 will
change its serial configuration only if all the settings are valid in the message.
