3.1 Headers and Connectors

12V 8-pin Power Connector (JPWR1)
JPWR1 is an 8-pin ATX power input to provide power to the motherboard.
TPM Header
The JTPM1 header is used to connect a Trusted Platform Module (TPM)/Port 80, which
is available from Supermicro. A TPM/Port 80 connector is a security device that supports
encryption and authentication in hard drives. It allows the motherboard to deny access if the
TPM associated with the storage drive is not installed in the system.
For more information on TPM: https://www.supermicro.com/manuals/other/TPM.pdf.
M.2 Connectors
The PCIe M.2 supports M-Key (PCIe x2) storage cards. M.2-C1 can support a speed of PCIe
x4, when one M.2 device is installed.
