The License Tile displays t he un it's se rial number and the option s insta lled o n th e Test Se t. Ne w
opti ons ar e inst alled using t he L icense T ile, then activat ed usin g th e So ftw are Up grade Tile .
When a new sof tw are optio n is p urchase d for a specif ic Test Set , A erof lex emai ls a n ew license file
contai ning infor m atio n ne cessary to load the sof twa re. The license fil e ( called opt ions.ne w) must be
placed on a US B memory d evice in the 3900 folder w ithi n the Ae rofl ex\3900 dir ector y to install the
opti ons fi le.

gener ates an er ror message and causes t he Lice nse In stallat ion t o f ail.
