How to Set the Output Power of a CW Signal

How to Set Output Power

To set the output power to 555.000 µW:
If your tunable laser has an in-built optical attenuator, move to
[P
M
], press E

1 Move to the power parameter, [P], and press [Pwr unit].
2 Move to <W> and press E
3 Press E

4 Enter 555.000, press [Unit+] or [Unit−], as required, to select
µW as the power units, and press E

How to Set the Optical Output

To set the Optical Output of a Tunable Laser module with two
optical outputs:
1 Press [Details].
2 Move to [O
3 Use the Modify Knob to move to one of the following:
