Returns the laser rise time of the chosen source.
Also allowed are: MIN: minimum programmable value
MAX: maximum programmable value
DEF: This is not the preset (*RST) default value but is half the
sum of, the minimum programmable level and the maximum
programmable level
The rise time as a float value in seconds.
