Using the battery pack
You can use a battery pack as a source of power.
The battery pack supplied with your computer is not fully charged at the time of purchase.
Inserting the battery pack
To insert the battery pack, proceed as follows:

Open the cover of the battery bay (1).

Insert the battery pack (2) into the battery bay, with the text facing upwards. Make sure you leave the
end of the transparent strip outside the battery bay when inserting the battery. The strip enables you to
remove the battery later on.

Close the cover of the battery bay until it clicks.
When the computer is directly connected to AC power and has a battery pack inserted in the battery bay, it uses power from the AC outlet.
